TF Contracting is growing fast, and we’re looking for self-motivated sales reps to join our team. We specialize in gutter systems, gutter guards, fascia, soffit, siding, and more. But right now, we’re going all in on gutter guards — and for good reason.

This is a 1099 position, meaning you’re an independent contractor. You’ll set your own hours, manage your own time, and decide how far you want to take this. Whether you want to close one deal a week or fifteen, you’re in control. No income ceiling. No micromanaging. No drama.
What You'll Do
- Generate Leads by Canvassing Neighborhoods and Networking with Homeowners
- Measure and Photograph Job Sites to Prepare Accurate Quotes for Gutter Guard Installations
- Present ONE Gutter Guard’s Benefits to Clients, Closing Sales with Confidence
- Follow Up With Customers via Phone, Text, or Email to Ensure Satisfaction
- Coordinate with the Installation Team to Ensure Seamless Project Delivery
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable Vehicle and Valid Driver’s License
- Your own Ladder (preferably telescoping), Measuring Tape or Wheel, and a Smartphone
- General liability Insurance (we can refer you to affordable providers)
- Soliciting Permit or License (if required locally)
- Professional Appearance and Communication Skills
- Self-motivated with a Results-driven Mindset
- Ability to Follow Up with Leads and Communicate Clearly via Phone, Text, and Email
- Must be Able to Accurately Measure and Photograph Job Sites
